  • Count calories
  • Small portions
  • Exercise

Breakfast:

  • Cereal – Wheaties, Total, Cheerios or Oatmeal with Skim Milk

Lunch:

  • Salad with a little Olive Oil & a lot of Vinegar

Dinner:

  • Main Course – anything
  • Double Vegetables

Snacks:

  • Apple
  • Celery
  • Carrots

Use:

  • Vegetables – Spinach, Broccoli
  • Fruits – Apples, Bananas
  • Chicken – Skinless, not Fried
  • Fish – Salmon
  • Nuts – Almonds, Walnuts
  • Skim Milk
  • Water
  • High Fiber
  • Sweet Potatoes

Avoid:

  • Trans fats-Cake
  • Cookies
  • Donuts
  • Ice Cream
  • Butter
  • Cheese
  • Soda
  • Limit Carbs (white-green)
